Diverging from solitary prayers tied to temple trees, the act of "wishing for others" compelled residents beyond their iron-clad doors: children stretched on tiptoe to fasten prayers for stray cats, a father guided his daughter’s hand to scratch a vertical prayer—”Grandma, heal soon”—on a 5mm silk ribbon, while an elder skeptic questioning "free care" finally raised a thumb in approval. These three tableaux pierced the fog of modern communal distrust. Formerly anonymous passers-by exchanged names upon recognizing handwriting on ribbons; graphic designers, florists, and lawyers emerged from behind the fluttering knots to become co-creators of the Community Art Museum.
